If, as an organization, we are able to maximize individual and organizational outcomes, it is because we give importance to the effective management of people. Personally, I am a believer in learning how to work with others in the working setup is vital to the success of the whole team. After all, there are organizational issues that might be associated with human behavior that should be solved.
