The video showed the elements, principles, activities, outcomes and requirements of primary health care (PHC). After having a brief heads-up of what it is, I believe that all of us are entitled to receive quality comprehensive care and in order to achieve that, there is a need for PHC to be actualized and made available in order for our health needs to be attended to. Of course, this would start with educating the people in order for them to have a better understanding of their health conditions, which would hopefully result in health promotion. Other stuff like prevention of diseases, proper nutrition, immunization, and so on comes after. From here, I realized that if most of the activities that come with PHC are put into action, we would have better health conditions and it would be easier for us to keep on going with our lives.
