The video talked mainly about the health system including its goals and functions. A health system is made up of organizations, people, and processes designed to restore and maintain individuals’ health by providing high-quality services. Hence, the health system is not only about the inside of the hospital but rather, it also covers the area outside the hospital where it could help in preventing diseases, leading individuals, especially the youth to avoid sedentary lifestyle, and provide safety measures needed to be followed for the benefit of all. For instance, the Department of Health (DOH) is one of the components of the health system in the Philippines where its goal is not only to protect people from diseases and misinformation but also to give every person an access from public health services and products to maintain their health.
