The Health System comprises a lot of elements that are essentially the building blocks of the health system for it to operate and function well. Health systems are made up of leadership, management, and governance; health finance; human resources; inventory; infrastructure, and health intelligence. As stated in the video, these components are equally significant for the system to work; they are interrelated and interdependent. Health systems provide health services, health promotion, and health protection that are essential in promoting and maintaining the health of the general public. From the business and administration aspect to medicine and medical suppliers to resources and infrastructures, to medical practitioners, and patients needing healthcare, we all become part of the health system.
