  Primary health care integrates care, protection, prevention, promotion, and education. Based on the video, it plays an important role in ensuring access to health care services and safe, effective and affordable health care essentials. It’s main objective is to make health care accessible to everyone, regardless of the economic status. To be able to strengthen primary health care, our focus should be centered on the indicators of a systematic approach which include the health promotion, patient care, adequate resources, compliance to policies, and patient autonomy. The aforementioned indicators are crucial in establishing equity in terms of delivering an effective and operational health care system.
