What are the best/ relevant/ current available LIS on the market for purchase (and what are the costs) for clinical laboratories?

As of the year 2022, some of the best available LIS on the market include, according to TrustRadius — an online site that evaluates and reviews software platforms, Dendi LIS and Ligo Lab LIS & RCM Operating Platform who garnered 5 stars on reviews, Uncountable Platform and NucleoLIS with 4.5 stars, LabWare LIMS and ClinLab with 4 stars, and many more. On a more local scale, though, upon inquiry, the type of LIS that Negros Polymedic in Sibulan, Negros Oriental uses is that of the HCLAB. But as of the purchase price, it remains unanswered.

On the cost, however, it seems as if you would have to be on proper contact with the sellers of the LIS for you to have a specific price for them. It also seems that you can negotiate the cost. However, a specific range could be that of $200 to $15,000 or $100 to $1,500 per user and year for monthly or annual subscriptions.
