Silliman University Library

The Silliman Library is perhaps one of the more well-known landmarks of the University, standing as a grand architecture that boasts its cultural heritage amidst its strive to meet the constantly developing demands of modernity. I chose to start with this building due to how I find it a really good representation of the development of a student from how it only started as a small collection of books for its early constituents, facing disruptions in progress during the Second World War, to eventually growing into the academic, research-centered hub that it is. And even more so, it is currently improving still.
