Ethel Chapman was once a dormitory that housed female students who studied in the College of Nursing at Silliman University. However, the two-storey infrastructure is occupied by the Institute of Clinical Laboratory Sciences at present. The place has since been utilized by the said department as the location of their faculty room, stock room, and the numerous laboratory classrooms wherein BSMT students can put the knowledge they learned in lecture subjects into practice.
