Silliman University’s motto, ‘Via Veritas Vita,’ serves as my unwavering beacon, illuminating the path of my life. It vividly illustrates how Jesus, who embodies the way, the truth, and the life, has been a constant presence on my journey. The challenges of entering and enduring through university life are undeniably daunting, with an uncertain future looming like a hazy road ahead. However, one undeniable truth remains: 𝑮𝒐𝒅’𝒔 𝒈𝒖𝒊𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒎𝒆 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒑 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒚. This motto continuously reminds me that my purpose here extends beyond mere academic excellence; it encompasses the holistic development of my being, with a profound emphasis on my spiritual growth.
