Silliman University’s motto, ‘Via Veritas Vita,’ serves as my unwavering beacon, illuminating the path of my life. It vividly illustrates how Jesus, who embodies the way, the truth, and the life, has been a constant presence on my journey. The challenges of entering and enduring through university life are undeniably daunting, with an uncertain future looming like a hazy road ahead. However, one undeniable truth remains: This motto continuously reminds me that my purpose here extends beyond mere academic excellence; it encompasses the holistic development of my being, with a profound emphasis on my spiritual growth. Via Veritas Vita has instilled in me the belief that no mountain is too high when we have God by our side.
