MT13 LEC: CELL INTERPRETATION
“Grazel’s CELL-O”

All living organisms are composed of cells, which are the smallest units of life. Nowadays, we can find numerous sources that illustrate the structure of the cell. However, we were tasked with creating our interpretation of the cell through an illustration, so I thought that we should go beyond those common cell structures that we can find in the media. Researching for the parts, I was inspired by the illustrations made by our Ate’s and Kuya’s. They were drawings showing a cell taking a ‘cell-fie’, others go like ‘tapcell-og’, and more. It was both unique and witty, yet still informative. Since then, I formulated the idea of ‘cell-o.’ It encompasses my love for music, art, and science. Inside the cell-o are not its woods and strings, though, but the cell’s complex components.
