Race Mates, the Silliman advocates 5 years, 6 months ago It’s almost a year since we last set foot in the campus’ immaculate grounds, and one of the things the pandemic has taught us is to appreciate things more than we take them for granted. No words were needed to convey the grandeur Silliman University has established–its presence is enough to impart its magnificence even through the language of pixels. It is where most of us found, explored, and built ourselves beyond our comfort zones while creating a family out of hearty kinship along the way. It all takes one sentence for a Sillimanian to feel the warmth again of being part of this community and that feeling of fondness alone is self-explanatory of its impact in our lives.
