HPD has been ISO 9001 certified Hi-Precision Diagostics 2004 by an international certification authority. Its main laboratory on Del Monte Avenue, Quezon City, is accredited to PNS ISO 15189 by the Department of Trade and Industry, Philippine Accreditation Bureau.

HPD engages in internationally recognized External Quality Assurance Services (EQAS) certification from Bio-Rad, the College of American Pathology Proficiency Testing, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). These worldwide quality assurance certifications are earned after undertaking evaluation programs to periodically check the analytical performance and achieve enhanced trust in reporting patient test findings.
