  A policy is a broad statement that defines an organization’s stance or approach to a specific issue or topic. A process is a collection of interconnected activities designed to achieve a specific goal. A procedure is a comprehensive list of directions outlining how to carry out a particular assignment or activity.

Policies are the high-level rules and principles that guide decision-making in an organization, Processes are series of steps to achieve a goal, Workflow refers to the way in which work is organized and managed within an organization. It includes the sequence of steps and the people involved in completing a task or process, Procedures are more detailed than processes and provide a step-by-step guide for how to complete a task.

On my own preference and perspective, iOs and Android have both beneficial and disadvantages. iOS provides better security and privacy. The system does not lag from the previous updates it has. Moreover, it has closed source  references, with this file transfer has a complicated approach preferably if it is not compatible to android users. On the other hand, Android has an open source with high compatibility to various operating systems and users.  It offers affordable and mostly free services and storage.

For me, I prefer both because each have benefits that every user can use. They also have similarities that can help us users in our everyday needs and in terms of emergencies. Their features are almost alike.

I have both IOS and Android devices and both have their own unique features and benefits. IOS is known foe its user-friendly interface, high level of security and makes sharing across your other IOS seamless and effortless. Android, on the other hand, offers more customization and is available on a wider range of devices from different manufacturer. Compared to the IOS, Android has larger battery capacity which means they last longer on a single charge. Overall, I mainly prefer both due to the above mentioned reasons.
