However, there are times when no one knows they are one tilt away from touching the eyewall, the most severe part of the storm. It Really Hurts: The Movement aims to bring awareness that sometimes it is okay to not be okay and that leaders don’t have to put up a strong front all the time. This is an organization that is dedicated to the movement of creating spaces for vulnerability and support, one leader at a time.
