– Provide accurate and timely test findings and actively participate in patient-centered care
– Instill in all members of the organization a sense of independence, initiative, and compassion towards patients
– Provide adequate personnel trainings and orientations on new implementations in the laboratory
– Adapt and discover new innovations and concepts of providing and performing diagnostic tests
