The sole purpose of this organization is to provide help in dealing with mental health issues and struggles experienced by people amidst the covid-19 pandemic. We would be hiring volunteers who would like to help us pursue this purpose. The initial plan is to find as much volunteers and create an online group and forums that would find people who are having mental issues and have discussions regarding on mental health and coping mechanisms. We will also have an option for people who would like to talk in private about their problems.
MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to help people with mental health struggles during the Covid-19 pandemic and quarantine period and to promote mental health awareness through support and education, specifically by:
– Improving people’s understanding and knowledge on mental health
– providing information, comfort and support to help people recover from their mental health struggles especially during quarantine period
– assuring that the information of the people who seek help will have confidentiality and will be given the appropriate information and support that they need
– advocating for society’s better knowledge on mental health issues and improved support from professionals
VISION STATEMENT
We envision a society wherein they have access to education, support and comfort for their mental health struggles during the covid-19 pandemic and while being in the quarantine period, people will be more positive and have an optimistic mindset.
