• An organization dedicated to promoting mental health awareness to the public to address this stigma about mental health.
• To promote awareness in one’s mental health issues, consciousness of one’s feelings and emotions, and compassion for all people.
• To assure the confidentiality of an individual’s shared experiences.
• To be an organization open to help as many people – members and non-members through advocacy, counseling, education, mental, and emotional support groups.
