Project Kalinaw is an organization committed to give importance to mental health awareness and to help those who are distressed, suffering from anxiety or any help when it comes to emotional and mental support.

• An organization dedicated to promoting mental health awareness to the public to address this stigma about mental health.
• To promote awareness in one’s mental health issues, consciousness of one’s feelings and emotions, and compassion for all people.
• To assure the confidentiality of an individual’s shared experiences.
• To be an organization open to help as many people – members and non-members through advocacy, counseling, education, mental, and emotional support groups.
