This is my histology art of the cell incorporating the creative form of paper art called Quillwork.

What is the Art of Quilling?
It is the art of rolled, shaped, and glued paper that results in creating a unified, decorative design. The name quilling is thought to come from the origin of the art; birds’ feathers, or quills, were used to coil the strips of paper around.

The different organelles of the cell are made of rolls of colored paper. As an overall design, the illustration can have the looks of a bouquet, the paper rolls as flowers. Each cell part is also properly labeled with yarn attachments.
