The heart has tiny parts that are not given much attention, one of which is the sinoatrial (SA) node. It is undeniable that the SA node is just a tiny part of the circulatory system, but it surely helps the system and our body to function properly —especially our hearts. I have realized that there are still things that we are yet to discover about the SA node. Overall, I could honestly say that the article has been very informative and helpful, especially to me, who is now a sophomore MedTech student. Other premed students like me could also attest that we have come across SA nodes in some of our major subjects, but the additional information that were revealed indeed increased our knowledge about the said topic. With that, I could infer that there is a need to dig deeper into specific details of our lessons. It is because it could surely add to our limited knowledge about certain topics and could even be a way for us to inform others about such.
