Policies are the high-level rules and principles that guide decision-making in an organization, Processes are series of steps to achieve a goal, Workflow refers to the way in which work is organized and managed within an organization. It includes the sequence of steps and the people involved in completing a task or process, Procedures are more detailed than processes and provide a step-by-step guide for how to complete a task.

Health Information System has made me learn, understand and gain knowledge in the technology side of the health system and most especially in the laboratory information system and how it works.

Material Management is essential in both clinical and household settings to ensure the efficient use of resources and promote safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. It involves proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory supplies, reagents, and specimens, as well as the proper handling, storage, and disposal of household items.

For me, I prefer both because each have benefits that every user can use. They also have similarities that can help us users in our everyday needs and in terms of emergencies. Their features are almost alike.
